The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took good care of him, and the rooms were nice. The food looked and smelled good. I saw what my dad was eating, and he said it tasted good. They have birthday parties, pizza parties, dances, bingo, and arts and crafts. The dining room was nice and clean.
They also do not have a high turnover of people. Nurses at night did not do a good job. My cousin and I took shifts so that my relative got taken care of.

My mother was very fortunate to have been in such caring hands. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all went above and beyond to make all the residents comfortable and wanted.
Please pass along my immeasurable gratitude to your entire staff for the care and love they gave my mother, Virginia, and my entire family. The Briarwood was her home when she came here from N.J. And it will always be a special place.

I visited a friend at Briarwood. It looked nice, and it's usually full. I had no problems with the staff, they were all very helpful. The dining area is very good and the food is good except breakfast. They have a beautiful baby grand piano for entertainment. Everything is shipshape during the day, but at night there were not many people on duty.
The few patients that I saw out in the hallway seemed happy and seemed like they were well cared for. I recently stayed at The Briarwood for rehab and wound care. I wanted to compliment the entire staff for the services they rendered to me. Two workers in Rehab reporting to the Therapy Manager were particularly kind and worked with me in a very professional manner. These two therapists need to be recognized for the outstanding care they showed me during my therapy sessions.

I recently stayed at your facility for rehab on my left hip replacement. I came from Edwin Shaw after surgery at Aaron General on Oct. 30. I was given a list of facilities that I could attend. Whatever I needed, at any time, was taken care of at once.
I can not say enough about the care we both receive which means a lot to a caregiver. There is no better feeling for a caregiver to know your loved one to be a facility where they are cared for. I recommend Briarwood to anyone looking for exceptional care. My friend has been forced to wait hours for pain medications and other medications. They say terrible things to her. The only activities are bingo and lots of religious offerings even though it is not a religious home.
I met all my physical therapy goals at home and have graduated to outpatient therapy. OP therapist is really impressed with my progress. I attribute much of that to your diligent efforts with me. You and your team have a knack for making a difficult, sometimes PAINFUL, experience fun. Please give my regards to Cindy too. Thank you for taking care of our mom and making her feel welcome and loved.
The very first day I was impressed how many employees spoke to me who knew my sister. Even the administration was friendly. I just thought you needed a pat on the back. What a refreshing walk through your building to be greeted with a smile. I want to thank everyone there for the treatment of my sister.
Really helped me out, showing me exercises,a nd how to other things needed so I could go home! You have a GREAT staff there, and I’m sure other people feel the same. I would highly recommend your facility to one and all. This holiday season I want to thank the kind and loving staff at Briarwood for the wonderful care. Everyone from Nursing, therapy, kitchen, housekeeping and the front office. You all were so gracious and work as such a great team.
I would again like to say “thank you” to all and certainly didn’t want to exclude anyone as I was treated with great respect. I was referred to Briarwood by a friend and I have no regrets. As an only child, I wanted the best for my dad and took my friend's advice. Their friendliness, the care the showed and the time they took to talk with me was terrific. My mother is in a rehab unit right now at Briarwood. We are a little less than pleased.
