I visited a friend at Briarwood. It looked nice, and it's usually full. I had no problems with the staff, they were all very helpful. The dining area is very good and the food is good except breakfast. They have a beautiful baby grand piano for entertainment. Everything is shipshape during the day, but at night there were not many people on duty.
The very first day I was impressed how many employees spoke to me who knew my sister. Even the administration was friendly. I just thought you needed a pat on the back. What a refreshing walk through your building to be greeted with a smile. I want to thank everyone there for the treatment of my sister.

We would like to express to you our sincere appreciation for the constant care and compassion that you gave to Daisy for over 3 years. In your care we ALWAYS felt that Daisy was looked after with tenderness, love and understanding. True, many times she offered a challenge, however, your professionalism always gave us a worry free day. My dad was in Golden Living Center for a month now.

Myself and family had to place our great grandmother into an assisted living facility due to her age and the ability to be left alone. We were very impressed with this facility, the staff member welcomed us in a very politely way. This was the family first time placing a close love one in a facility, so we were all a bit nervous. Therefore, the lobby visiting area was full for a a few days with the usually family members that would visit her on a daily basis.
The staff at Briarwood meant so much to Charles . We thank you for helping us through as his health declined, especially during his last week. And we were so touched by the many hugs and kind words the morning Dad passed. Also, the fruit basket & card were much appreciated.

There were six people at each table where they can sit together. Briarwood Nursing and Rehabilitation seems to be a very nice facility. It has a waiting list, so obviously, other people are interested in going there also. The staff and the people that I talked to seemed to be very nice.
We were all excited to find out that we could visit her as much as we wanted and we could come at anytime. If we wanted to visit after hours we could contact someone at the front desk and let them know who we were. This facility was excellent for my great grandmother. The staff were very nice and the facility is updated, I think the facility may only be a three to fours years old. And the location is great because it's located right off of an interstate.
The few patients that I saw out in the hallway seemed happy and seemed like they were well cared for. I recently stayed at The Briarwood for rehab and wound care. I wanted to compliment the entire staff for the services they rendered to me. Two workers in Rehab reporting to the Therapy Manager were particularly kind and worked with me in a very professional manner. These two therapists need to be recognized for the outstanding care they showed me during my therapy sessions.
They also do not have a high turnover of people. Nurses at night did not do a good job. My cousin and I took shifts so that my relative got taken care of.
Please pass along my immeasurable gratitude to your entire staff for the care and love they gave my mother, Virginia, and my entire family. The Briarwood was her home when she came here from N.J. And it will always be a special place.
Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave to our aunt, Irene. We’d also like to thank you for the vase of flowers sent for her funeral. You truly made her final years warm and pleasant.
I met all my physical therapy goals at home and have graduated to outpatient therapy. OP therapist is really impressed with my progress. I attribute much of that to your diligent efforts with me. You and your team have a knack for making a difficult, sometimes PAINFUL, experience fun. Please give my regards to Cindy too. Thank you for taking care of our mom and making her feel welcome and loved.
